Feng shui analysis of the greater Klang Valley

The broader Klang Valley, including Klang, is considered to have a very auspicious feng shui foundation, often referred to as the "armchair configuration". 

Positive features:

Mountain backing: The Titiwangsa Mountains provide a strong "backing" or support, which is considered highly beneficial. In feng shui, mountains offer stability, protection, and a source of positive energy, or Qi.

Water flow: The Klang River flows towards the Straits of Malacca. The presence of islands near the river's mouth slows the water's exit, which feng shui principles interpret as a sign of prosperity because it "collects" wealth and positive energy.

Concentrated Qi: The hills and raised ground on the sides of the valley help to gather and concentrate the flow of beneficial Qi (life force energy) into the area.

Green spaces: The abundance of parks and green spaces found throughout the Klang Valley is also a positive feng shui element, promoting balance and harmony.
